QUALITY & INSPECTION SUPPORT

Define the evidence your project needs before order.

Quality support is matched to the component, supply option and customer requirement. Inspection scope, responsible party, sample size and deliverables must be confirmed with the quotation.

01

Requirement review

The requested condition, packaging, date code and documentation scope are recorded before sourcing confirmation.

02

Evidence planning

Available labels, packaging photos, traceability documents or inspection evidence are defined for the selected option.

03

Exception control

Any limitation or deviation should be communicated before the customer accepts the quotation.

WORKFLOW

A requirement-led quality workflow.

  1. 01

    State the risk and standard

Tell us the application, critical attributes, inspection method and acceptance criteria.

  2. 02

    Confirm available support

We check which evidence and inspection options can be provided for the proposed source.

  3. 03

    Agree the inspection plan

Method, responsible party, quantity, timing and report format are confirmed before order.

  4. 04

    Review the evidence

Requested evidence is coordinated and any identified exception is communicated for decision.

CONFIRM BEFORE ORDER

Support that may be requested

Inspection availability is not automatic. No specific laboratory test, certification or result is promised until its scope and provider are confirmed in writing.

RISK-BASED INSPECTION

Inspection methods are selected for the product and supply risk.

Available evidence, inspection scope, sample size and responsible party are confirmed before order acceptance. A method is only included when it is applicable and available for the quoted option.

Visual & marking review

Package condition, surface, marking consistency and obvious handling damage.

Microscopic review

Higher-magnification review where package condition or marking requires it.

X-Ray coordination

Internal-structure review where applicable and agreed for the component type.

Electrical test coordination

Test method, fixture, sample size and acceptance criteria agreed in advance.

Packaging & label review

Reel, tray, tube, label, MSL and ESD evidence reviewed against the quotation.

Dimensional review

Package dimensions checked against agreed manufacturer documentation where required.

NON-CONFORMANCE CONTROL

Exceptions remain on hold until disposition.
